    The process is simple:

    1. The school registers found items in the CrowdEyes web app.
    2. The items become visible to students and parents in the CrowdEyes mobile app.
    3. The owner requests the item via the mobile app.
    4. The school approves and verifies the owner.
    5. Return is registered and documented in the system.
